[CA] 3D Thru-Hull Split Pair Transducer - larryc@sentinel-hill.com - 02-19-18 06:14 PM

When installing Rv-220P and RV-220S transducers on a hull that has 18 degree deadrise angle, is it necessary to mount them with wedges or blocks, or are they designed to accommodate the angles ?

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Larry,

The RV-220P and RV-220S transducers are designed to be installed directly against the hull (i.e. no fairing blocks / wedges). These transducers feature angled elements to compensate for hull deadrise.
