Voyage Planner is producing errors and/or crashing
Voyage Planner is a stripped-down version of Fugawi (formerly X-Traverse) Marine 5 software which has been designed to support offline planning of waypoints and routes, as well as management of such data. While Raymarine's Product Support team can assist with procedural issues surrounding use of Voyage Planner, problems related to program errors or program stability should be addressed by the support team from Fugawi. The best means of contacting Fugawi's support team is via e-mail (support@charts.raymarine.com). Including a description of any actions commanded, screen snapshots of any error messages generated, and any appending any supporting files (ex. GPX files, archive.fsh files, etc.) will help and speed troubleshooting of reported problems.
