Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Tom,

Is the vessel equipped with hydraulic steering? If so, what is the cubic capacity of the vessel's steering ram.

The hydraulic Steering Arm cubic capacity is 10.2 CU.IN.
Thank You In Advance Tom K

Tom,

Please click here to view a FAQ addressing this subject. In this case, a Type 1 Hydraulic Pump would be required. Should the powerboat feature a 12V power distribution system, then the T70330 EV-150 Hydraulic would be recommended for this application. Alternatively, Should the powerboat feature a 24V power distribution system, then the T70157 EV-200 Hydraulic would be recommended for this application. As the C-Series Classic MFDs are not designed to support SeaTalkng communications, an E22158 SeaTalk1 to SeaTalkng Converter Kit would be required to interface the MFD to the SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 backbone which will interface the autopilot's components to one another.

Tom,

The symptoms reported are typically indicative of a circuitry fault within the MFD. Unfortunately, Raymarine can no longer service C-Series Classic MFDs.
