Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Mike,

Should the screens of all 3 displays not appear to be ON, then the keys should be pressed to determine whether the a key beep is heard. If not, then it is possible that the displays are not receiving power. Please click here to view a FAQ addressing the pinout for a SeaTalkng spur cable plug ... the same used by the SeaTalkng Power Cable. This SeaTalkng Power Cable should be unplugged from the display to which is has been interfaced and should be tested for 12VDC across its power pins. Should no voltage be measured, then the power circuit supplying the instruments will need to be inspected/serviced.

Should 12VDC be measured when tested in the manner stated above, then it would be recommended that the SeaTalkng Power Cable be reconnected to the instrument, and that the instrument's POWER button then be held for a count of six. Should a key beep be heard after approximately five seconds and the screen be black, then the instrument's backlight may be at the lowest setting. To increase the backlight to full brightness, press and release the POWER button and then hold the the UP arrow pressed for approximately 20 seconds. Should the display not be visible, the the instruments should be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced. Should no key beep be heard, then it would be recommended that the instrument be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
