Hi all, this is my first post. i just bought an evo 100 wheel pilot. the socket on the wheel pilot motor seems to be slack and turns slightly and when i lock the plug in it seems to be slack also Is it supposed to be like this?

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum spycatcher,

The socket of the wheel drive is actually a hollow plastic rod having threads on it outer surface. The socket is secured to the drive via a round collar having female threads. This collar may be hand tightened (do not over-tighten) to remove the play which you have referenced.
