I downloaded the NOAA raster chart east and the NOAA vector chart east. The vector chart seems to work OK, but the raster chart does not scale down. It has some definition if I look at a several state area, but if I scale down locally all I see is a washed out color background. There is no definition at all. Is the download corrupted?

What model of MFD is involved? Which version of LightHouse software is installed within your MFD? Which LightHouse Chart are you using? Was the LightHouse Chart copied/moved from the microSD memory card onto which they had been originally downloaded to another microSD memory card?

Happy new year.
The MFD is an a68 I just purchused.
The software version is v19.03-00036
THe chart is the NOAA raster east
It is the SD card that the chart was originally down loaded too, not a copy.
The NOAA vector east chart is behaving correctly in the unit.

Bob,
Please take a screen capture of the Chart applications' Chart Selection Menu. The MFD's screen capture feature may be accessed from the Shortcuts Menu (quick press and release of the MFD's power button). The MFD's screen capture feature will save the screen capture to a .png file which will be saved to the microSD memory card within the MFD's memory card reader.
Please attach this .png file to your next response to this thread.

I downloaded the files again to the SD card along with the vector chart files (re. my other post) and it now seems to be working correctly. Unless it happens again I would consider the problem solved. If it occurs again I will take a screen capture.
