Question about connection and integration between Mercury Axius AutoPilot and Axiom displays. For example are these two systems compatible that routes created via the Axiom MFD can then be followed by the Mercury Axius? Thanks. Olav.

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Olav,

I'm not aware of any issues with passing navigational data associated with navigating to a waypoint/cursor position or following a route to the Mercury Axius system. Some Axius systems feature a NMEA 0183 communications interface. Raymarine's Axiom Pro and Axiom XL MFDs feature a NMEA 0183 communications interface to support communications with such system. Mercury Marine also offers a SmartCraft to NMEA 2000 gateway. If this gateway supports communications of navigational data associated with navigating to a waypoint/cursor position or following a route to the Mercury Axius system (recommend checking with Mercury Marine), then it may be possible to utilize any model of Axiom/Axiom Pro/Axiom XL MFD within the system.
