Trying to update am Element 12 HV, could not get the card to read on the unit, I then tried to update on line but an error message stated that there wasn't enough storage on the unit to upload the data.
What is a good remedy?

Dear fastyguy,
Thank you for your post.
When performing an online update and this error appears, put in a blank sd card to give the Element sufficient memory whilst it performs the update.
You mention the Element is not seeing your current sd card with the software loaded on it, did you format the card?
Could the Element see the card? When selecting import/ export data, is the card available in this menu?
