It is indeed possible to interface a S1G Autopilot Course Computer and ST60002 Autopilot to a Mark II Wheel Drive.

The ST6002 Autpilot Control Head will function with a S1G running any version of software. The final release of S1G Autopilot Course Computer software was v4.63. The S1G software may be updated by a Certified Raymarine Installer or by Raymarine’s Product Repair Center.
