[CA11] e80 or e9 data to an ipad for race app
I have an e80 that obtains wind, depth and speed data from my Tacktick mn100 system. I would like to use the data on my ipad for iRegatta2.
Can I attach a Bluetooth device to the e80 that would be visible to the ipad?
Would an e9 upgrade have built-in Bluetooth visible to the ipad?
Would appreciate any knowledgeable advice.
Mark

RE: [CA11] e80 or e9 data to an ipad for race app
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Mark,

When operating with v5.69 E-Series Classic MFD software, the MFD supports SeaTalk, NMEA 0183, and limited SeaTalkng/NMEA 2000 communications software. There are a number of third party products in the market supporting SeaTalk to WiFi, NMEA 0183 to Wi-Fi, and NMEA 2000 to Wi-Fi communications (ex. Brookhouse iMux, Yacht Devices YDWR-02, Digital Yacht WLN10, etc.).
