[CA] [CA1] E7d or transducer malfunction?

[CA1] E7d or transducer malfunction?
While out on the boat today. My E7d started to look like the screenshot below. Also no depth information. I restarted the mfd several times with no luck. And ideas what this could be? Transducer is clean and I didn’t hit anything with it. I have an airmar p58 transom mount transducer.

Hoping someone can help to point me in the right direction. Factory reset?

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum MB19565,

No screen snapshots have been included with your thread. Please use the LightHouse II software Screen Capture feature (POWER->SCREEN CAPTURE) to capture the screen's image to a PNG file which will be stored onto the microSD memory card within the MFD's memory card reader. Please attach a copy of the screen capture file to this thread for further analysis.
