RE: ES98 Comms to Quantum Radar
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum morseg,

Should a Quantum Radome be interfaced to the system via Ethernet, then it will be unable to be paired via Wi-Fi.

It is recommended that you verify that the MFD has been updated with the latest available Raymarine product software updates and if not, update the MFD's software. As indicated here, it is recommended that the Quantum Radome be connected to switched power circuit which would control power to the Quantum Radome alone. Should it be powered as such, then it would be recommended that power to the Quantum Radome be switched OFF, and then ON again to wake it up. Should that not address the problem, then it is recommended that the MFD's Select Devices list be examined to determine whether the Quantum Radome is listed among the devices. If so, then it would be recommended that you verify that it also has been updated with the latest available Raymarine product software updates and if not, that you update the Quantum Radome's software. However, should the Quantum Radome be receiving power and not be listed within the Select Devices list, then it would be recommended that the radome be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
