Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Scodemac,

The radome could quite possibly be in sleep mode. Please click here to view a FAQ addressing this subject. As indicated within the referenced FAQ, should the problem persist after checking the loaded system voltage and then cycling power to the radome (see the reference to powering the radome via a dedicated switched power circuit), then the radome would be deemed to have suffered a circuitry failure necessitating that it be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
