RE: [TG11] Vovlo Penta Engine Data on Raymarine Axiom 12
Hey Mike, no problem.
No, you should only need one gateway which will relay data from both engines. For anyone else reading this, the rule is, one engine gateway for each engine CANbus network. Some engine manufacturers require separate networks for each engine and so need separate engine data gateways, but Volvo use a single network and hence a single gateway. Tom Raymarine since 1999. Interests: Diagnosis of problems in sonar/fishfinders, NMEA2000, ethernet comms, autopilots, thermal cameras Location: Sydney, Australia. Please don't PM me asking for direct support, please ask a public question instead so that others can see the question and answer. Forum posts will always be answered before PM requests. |
