IF you can resend the photo and details about the drive then I can help further, but in general, if the drive has been operated with the clutch engaged and the pilot in AUTO, then it is likely the clutch mechanism is failed.

Normally, it is important to disengage the clutch when STANDBY is pressed.

Please update me and I can help further
