Hello Ruud,

No, the Quantum will always power up into Standby, we think that's probably what's appropriate in most systems. If you'd like power we'd suggest just leaving the Quantum's circuit breaker off (assuming it has a breaker rather than a fuse) or installing an inline power switch. It should certainly always either have a switch or fuse and a resettable breaker would be the more common solution.
