What is the actual problem now? If still 'No Pilot' as from a few posts ago then that implies a problem with your wired Seatalk network between the S100's base station and the ST1000+. There are limited diagnostics you can do with this with just 2 Seatalk devices and no specialist test tools, but a multimeter should show a fluctuating voltage somewhere between perhaps 3 and 8V (0-12V data pulses, being averaged by a slow-reading meter.)
