Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Sgucci99,

Waypoint names may be edited to suit one's needs. Unfortunately, automatically generated waypoint names will automatically be named "Waypoint " followed by a number. A feature request will be logged to consider a user configurable prefix (which may be no prefix at all) for consideration to be included within a future LightHouse 3 software update.
