[CA11] Software update axiom 12/08/19
I’m trying to update my software. Downloaded to SD Card. It seems to have stopped... no est time... but says installing. Is it installing or not. Been about 30 minutes.???

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum rshhome,

As the MFD's software updated successful installation of the radome's software, it would be recommended that the circuit(s) providing power to the system be switched OFF, that the microSD memory card containing the software update files be removed from the MFD's memory card reader, that the circuits supplying power to the system be switched on, and that the MFD's diagnostics feature then be used to determine the versions of software within the system's components. If found to have the latest software, then you should be all set to proceed with operation of the system. If not, then it would be recommended that the microSD memory card containing the software update files be re-introduced to the system and that the software update be performed again.
