[CA11] MFD C80 to MFD A68 connection
Hi!
Can I connect MFD C80 straight together with MFD a68 or must I make network via SeaTalk1 ?
Which cables/components I need for it?

The C80 is networking (SeaTalk1) with other Raymarine instruments(autopilot, wind, log,...).

The a68 is standalone device?

Can I share display with those two MFDs?

Best regards Jore

RE: [CA11] MFD C80 to MFD A68 connection
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Jore,

Please click here to view a FAQ addressing networking C-Series Classic MFD with another MFD. As indicated there C-Series Classic MFDs (C70, C80, C120) are not designed to share cartography, radar imagery, fishfinder imagery, Sirius Satellite Weather, or Sirius Satellite Radio data with any model of MFD.

Q1. Which cables/components I need for it?
A1. Please click here to view a FAQ addressing this subject.

Q2. The a68 is standalone device?
A2. When interfaced in the manner indicated in the response to Q1, the MFD would share GPS, instrument, and system state data.

Q3. Can I share display with those two MFDs?
A3. Negative. See the FAQ referenced within my initial response.
