[CA11] Seatalk backbone power
I am going to add more electronics to my boat and I remember reading that the backbone only needs to be powered one time. There will be 3 of the 5 way connectors with backbone cables joining them. Is what I remember correct?

RE: [CA11] Seatalk backbone power
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum wagneryuma,

As indicated within the FAQ found here, the marine electronics system's powered and properly terminated SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 backbone should be powered from a single spur socket located at the approximate midpoint of the backbone's LEN load.
