C120 -- Resetting Log
I have a new to me 2005 vessel with a C120 display with up-to-date software. I can reset the Trip Log daily (if I remember to do so). How do you reset the (other) (main) Log?

RE: C120 -- Resetting Log
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Carey,

What device (instrument, DSM250/300/30, NMEA 0183 source, etc.) is supplying your system with speed through water data?

RE: C120 -- Resetting Log
Carey,

In systems where a DSM30/300/250 w/fishinder transducer featuring a speed through water sensing component has been interfaced to the system, the Log data item may be reset by resetting the DSM (MENU->FISHFINDER SETUP->DSM RESET ) from a Fishfinder application page. After resetting the DSM, it will be necessary to configure the Select Transducer setting to match the model of transducer which has been interfaced to the DSM.
