a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFD with CHIRP/DownVision Transducer vs. CPT-S Transducer

Should a compatible CHIRP/DownVision transducer (i.e. CPT-100, CPT-110, CPT-120) be interfaced to an ax8 MFD, eSx8 MFD, or any model of a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFD which has been interfaced to a CP100 CHIRP/DownVision Fishfinder Sonar Module, then the MFD will support both CHIRP (conical) sonar imaging and DownVision sonar imaging. The upper portion of the screen snapshot below is a CHIRP (conical) Fishfinder Sonar image and the lower portion of the screen snapshot below is a DownVision Fishfinder Sonar image.

However, should a CPT-S transducer be interfaced to an ax8 MFD, eSx8 MFD, or any model of a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFD which has been interfaced to a CP100 CHIRP/DownVision Fishfinder Sonar Module, then the MFD will support only CHIRP (conical) sonar imaging (see the upper portion of the screen snapshot above).
