SmartPilot S2 to StNG network design

SmartPilot S2 to StNG network design
Hi,

I would like to know if the following network design will work. I have read everything I could find. Basically I have a new StNG network and want to integrate my S2/ST6002 autopilot so that it can communicates to my a65 as well as sharing heading data to StNG. Note that in my design the SmartPilot does not provide power to the ST6002 who is in turn powered by the St1-StNG converter. See attached drawing below.
