CP470/570 connection with B175H & B175HW transducers
At the moment I have B175H and B175HW. I am aware that they will not be able to work at the same time but my question is: When I connect both of them to CP470 are both of them are going to be recognised as individual transducers? If they are recognised am I going to be able to choose one by one and run them individually?

I did not yet purchased my sonar and my HW is still unpacked and before I proceed by purchasing CP470 I would like to know is this configuration is possible or I have to return HW transducer?

Thank you for support

RE: CP470/570 connection with B175H & B175HW transducers
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum mburazor,

Unfortunately, the CP470 and CP570 are not designed to operate with both a B175H and B175HW (both high frequency transducers ... therefore having identical XIDs) connected to the sounder module. Unless seeking to replace the B175H with the B175HW, then it would be recommended that the B175HW be returned, as it has not yet been installed. The B175H would typically be paired with a B175L or B175M. The A80328 Cable may be used to permit transducers designed to be installed in pairs (ex. B175H, B175L, B175M) to instead be used alone with a CP470 or CP570.

Thank you for reply

I spoke with Raymarine Tech Support for fishfinders on 6033247900 and when I asked them about connecting H & HW they told me that both transducers will be recognised?!
