NMEA Multiplexer?
My boat has a Raymarine 0183 multiplexer installed on it. Can I use a NMEA0183 to USB cable (for example, from Digital Yatch), and connect it into the multiplexer, to send routes to my G120/GPM400, from Coastal Explorer?

RE: NMEA Multiplexer?
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum weisbergj,

Should the NMEA 0183 output port of the specified Raymarine 4800 BAUD NMEA 0183 Multiplexer be directly mated to the NMEA 0183 input port of the GPM400, then a serial to USB device may be interfaced to one of the Multiplexer's NMEA 0183 input ports to support waypoint/route transfer from a PC navigational planning application supporting NMEA 0183 communications protocol and transmission of WPL and RTE NMEA 0183 sentences. Prior to commanding the PC navigational planning software to transfer waypoints, the GPM400 must be commanded to receive waypoints via its NMEA 0183 port (DATA->ARCHIVE and Transfer).
