Axiom 7 3D recommendation for power supply(kayak application)
Hello, I'm looking at the Axiom 7 3D to put on my kayak. I'm lost when it comes to voltage/amp hours etc. My last depth finder got 2 good days on my 12v18ah sla battery but I can't find info on the axiom 7 3D's amp usage. Thanks for any info in advance! Jim

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Jim,

Per the Technical Specifications tab of the Axiom 7 MFD web page, the power consumption of the Axiom 7 RV MFD is 9.84 Watts. Using the equation P=IV, the current consumption within a 12V system would be 12 / 9.84 = 1.22A.
