[CA] Axiom added to a67
I currently have an inboard fishing boat with an a67 MFD, Airmar transducer and Raymarine digital (last generation) radar. I just purchased an Axiom 9 RV with RV-320 transducers to add to the mix. Both units have Navionics+. After installing the Axiom can I just network them together with a simple SeaTalkng cable to share radar and sonar data interchangeably across both? Does this give me the best installation or would installing a SeaTalkng network give advantages?

Thanks!

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Gregg,

While it may be possible to interface these MFDs to one another via a SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 network, then will be unable to share cartography, radar, fishfinder imagery, or other high bandwidth data requiring Ethernet communications. Please click here to view a FAQ addressing addressing interfacing Axiom and Axiom Pro MFDs with a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFDs.
