[CA] GPS danger zone alarm?
Hi

I have an Axiom pro 12" rvx and would like to designate an area as a hazard and link that geo location to an alarm.

There is an oyster farm not far from my harbor with about 30 buoys I would like to avoid. This farm is in the path on the approach to the harbor.

How should I create this zone and associate an alarm with it?

Thanks

RE: [CA] GPS danger zone alarm?
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Scott,

LightHouse 3 software (v3.4.66 at the time of this response) does not support the feature which you have inquired about. A feature request will be logged accordingly to consider this feature for inclusion within a future LightHouse software update. In the interim, operators desiring to mark off exclusion areas are recommended to do so using the MFD's Build Route feature. When the route(s) marking the exclusion zones have been configured with a contrasting color and have been configured to be shown, then the route's leg lines will mark the boundaries of areas which should be avoided by the operator.

Please click here more information concerning product and feature suggestions.
