[CA11] E7D stopped receiving data through my ECI-100
Hello,
Recently I stopped receiving engine data to my E7D a few weeks ago? The ECI-100 SeaTalk LED light blinks green every 15 seconds and the Engine CAN bus LED light blinks red 7 times and then stops for a couple seconds and does it again. All it says in the installation manual for those error lights is "Network connected but no traffic (no message received in more than 5 seconds." It doesn't give a "User Action" to try, so just wondering if someone has an idea of what to try?
My E7D's firmware is 19.03
ECI-100 is 1.20
CP370 is 13.34
Thanks for any help you can give me.

Welcome back to the Raymarine Forum tmoney316,

Should the engine side LED of the ECI-100 be flashing red as specified and should the engine's be running, then it would be recommended that the ECI-100's connections to the engine system be disconnected and then reconnected to ensure that all connections are in place and are tight. It would then be recommended that the MFD's Identify Engines feature be used to once again configure the ECI-100. Should the Identify Engines feature not be able to be successfully performed and/or should the problem persist, then would be recommended that the ECI-100 be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced or that it be replaced.
