[CA11] EV150 SOftware update return
Hello, I need to return my EV150 for updates. The EV1, ACU and Control head need updates. I do not have a Raymarine MFD. I created an account on your Warranty Portal, however I get a dead end screen when I click on locations to send in my AP for repair. Please advise where I can send in my EV150 for updates and how long this will take.

Please click here to view a FAQ addressing how one may update the software within one's Raymarine products when the system features no compatible Raymarine MFD. As indicated therein, you may want to see if your Raymarine dealer or a Certified Raymarine Installer in your area can perform the update for you. Alternatively, US customers may send the devices to Raymarine's US Product Repair Center. Products are typically shipped back within 7-10 business days of arrival at Raymarine's Product Repair Center:
