[CA11] Blue Screen Dragonfly
My Dragonfly has stopped and looks like a computer blue screen. Nothing shows, but the depth speed and temp displays. Can not get any other activity from the sonar or downvision prompts. Didn't try the chart or GPS. What now???

RE: [CA11] Blue Screen Dragonfly
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum bonzoid,

Should the problem be observed with the vessel located within the water, then it would unfortunately appear that your Dragonfly display has suffered a failure of either the display's internal circuitry and/or within the transducer itself. It would be recommended that the Dragonfly display along with its transducer (disregard) if a thru-hull transducer has been installed) be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.

RE: [CA11] Blue Screen Dragonfly
Thank you. i was hoping that wasn't the case. The unit was working fine then it faded to blue. I'll have to get it off the boat and send it in.I suspect there is a process to do so.

Bonzoid,

Q. I suspect there is a process to do so.
A. Indeed there is. Simply click on the Book a Repair link found on the Raymarine Factory Repair Center's web page (use the link provided within my initial response) to initiate the process.
