[CA11] a seris tranducer to dsm 300
Subject is self explaining. I am going from a a70 machine to a 140w and my transducer, airmar, has no issues. the cable hover does not match up. I believe i am going to use a cable to my 300, e66009, then splice to my existing transducer cable. there was a junction box they used for this in the past but i don't believe i need it. Any thoughts or recommendations?
thanks

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Tommy,

Please click here to view a FAQ addressing splicing transducer cables. At one time Airmar had offered an A-Series Transducer Adapter to permit these transducers to be mated to a DSM30/300. It is recommended that Gemeco, Inc. (Airmar’s US distributor (803 693 0777)) be contacted to determine whether this adapter cable is still available.
