[CA11] Transducer not found.

[CA11] Transducer not found.
New CP470 Sonar connected via network to E127 Hybrid Touchscreen. New Airmar B-175H-W connected to sonar with a new mix and match A80328 1 meter cable. Talked to tech and did factory resets and such. Out of the 11 pins on the mix and match cable "CAN ONLY GET 7 WITH CONTINUITY"... the Airmar side has 12 pins and the Raymarine has 11. The CP470 is found but no transducer. The green light on the sonar is blinking green. It keeps saying plug in transducer and restart

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Kirk,

All wide beam products come with a 2M pigtail off the transducer. You will find a transducer identification tag affixed to the plug end of the transducer's cable. Please attach a photo of the transducer's identification tag which clearly shows all information which has been printed on the tag.
