[CA] [CA11] cannot write (or read) from sd card

[CA11] cannot write (or read) from sd card
I have an Axiom 7 with the latest software update. When I use Navionics Protter sync to transfer routes to the Axiom (via wifi), nothing seems to write to the Navionics card. When I try to upload routes from Axiom to the card, I get a "Saving failed" error message (see attached). I have an activated Navionics Platinum plus card inserted. The unit can read the charts with no problem. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Plarche,

Which version of LightHouse 3 software is presently installed within your Axiom MFD? When the MFD's screen capture feature (POWER->TAKE SCREENSHOT) is used, are any errors reported? If another microSD memory card having a NTFS or FAT32 file system is inserted into the MFD's memory card reader and the screen capture feature is used, are errors reported?
