B164 and DSM370 settings on a C90W
On the C90W within the fish finder settings, what should the Speed Offset normally be set at?
Fish finder transducer settings:
Select speed transducer... Auto
Depth offset... 0.0
Speed offset... ???%
Temperature offset... 0.0

RE: B164 and DSM370 settings on a C90W
Hello Jett,

If you have a speed transducer connected to your CP370 (there's not one in the B164 and most people don't have one), this allows you to fine-tune the speed data to suit the water flow over your hull so that it reads correctly. This is a vessel-specific setting so there's no one right answer. If you don't have a speed transducer connected to the CP370 then this has no effect.
