[CA11] Evo Autopilot No Drive Detected alarm
Our 5 yrs old Evo Ap has been working great till our last Ocean passage. When we change from our Goto waypoint to Auto mode we occasionally get this alarm, about 1 of 3 times. When it occurs we go into Stansby mode, then are able to switch to Auto mode. Connections and drive appear tight. We will check for and perform an update tonight. Anything else we should check? We sail across the Indian Ocean in three weeks.

RE: [CA11] Evo Autopilot No Drive Detected alarm
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Zimmerkl5,

Please note the v3.02 for the EV-1/EV-2 CCUs was specifically released to address this symptom. It is accordingly recommended that the software within each of your Evolution autopilot components be updated with the latest available software and that the other actions specified within the FAQ found here be completed.
