[CA11] MARINE CHARTS COMPATIBILITY
Hello, dears,

http://www.raymarine.com/content/?id=9606 says that e.g. AXIOM 9 should be compatible with Standard Mapping. What is it exactly? Can I use Inland ECDIS S57 charts?

You can find maps here:
http://mapy.spspraha.cz/lpm/maps_S57.asp?lang=en

http://www.ris.eu/general/what_is_ris_/e...arts__enc_

Thanks in advance,

Josef

RE: [CA11] MARINE CHARTS COMPATIBILITY
Welcome to the Raymarine Form Joseph,

Raymarine's MFDs running LightHouse II and LightHouse 3 software are exclusively compatible with the following types of cartography:

- LightHouse Charts downloaded from Raymarine's Charts Store (includes: Blue Latitude, Fugawi Aboard, Solteknik HB, Wavey Line, etc)

- LightHouse NC2 Chart Cards purchased from and authorized Raymarine dealer

- Navionics+ and Navionics Platinum+ Chart Cards

- C-Map Essentials (bundled with Raymarine MFDs) and 4D MAX+

- Standard Mapping e-cards

Q1. AXIOM 9 should be compatible with Standard Mapping. What is it exactly?
A1. Standard Mapping is a brand name ... more specifically Standard Mapping e-cards are designed for use with Raymarine products.

Q2. Can I use Inland ECDIS S57 charts?
A2. Negative.
