We have on our storage a E66076 and a really old DSM 30 E63074, I was looking for compability and according of Raymarine website, this transducer is compatible with DSM 30, but if I'm not wrong this DSM is 600W and the transducer is 2KW, can you confirm if the E66076 is compatible with DSM30 - E63074?

thanks in advance

RE: [CA11] R199
Welcome back to the Raymarine Forum Felipe,

Q1. We have on our storage a E66076 and a really old DSM 30 E63074, I was looking for compability and according of Raymarine website, this transducer is compatible with DSM 30
A1. Correct. However, when compatible 1kW and 2kW transducers are interfaced to a compatible 600W fishfinder product (ex. DSM30, ax7/cx7/e7D/ex7/eSx7 MFD, Axiom DV/RV MFD, etc.) then the transducer will only be driven with 600W. Similarly, if 2kW transducer (ex. R199, etc.) is interfaced to a compatible 1kW fishfinding product (ex. DSM300, CP370, Axiom Pro RVX, etc.) then the transducer will only be driven with 1000W.

Q2. I'm not wrong this DSM is 600W and the transducer is 2KW,
A2. Correct.

Q3. can you confirm if the E66076 is compatible with DSM30 - E63074?
A3. Yes. However, the R199's power output will be limited 300W as stated in the response to Q1.
