Will the lighthouse 3 eventually have all the software bells and whistles like the lighthouse 2 software currently has?
Noticing on the new Axioms with lighthouse 3, it does not have all the software from the previous, older Lighthouse 2 version. I do understand the Axioms are new, and there is alot of programming involved. I do like what the lighthouse 2 has to offer!
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Fish On,

In many ways LightHouse 3 has eclipsed LightHouse II software feature. However, there are some features found within LightHouse II software which have not yet been implemented within LightHouse 3 software. The full list of LHII to LH3 gap features may be found within Appendix E LightHouse 3 on eS and gS Series of the LightHouse 3.11 Advanced Operation Instructions. Please note that for eS/gS-Series MFD owners, the highest version of LightHouse 3 software which will be able to be installed on these MFDs will be v3.11.42. Should an eS/gS-Series MFD owner feel that the there is a desired feature(s) only found within LightHouse II software, then it would be recommended that the software within the eS/gS-Series MFD(s) be downgraded to LightHouse II v19.03 to again utilize that feature(s). For Axiom/Axiom Pro/Axiom XL MFD owners, please note that LightHouse 3 software will continue to have new features added, some of which may be among those listed within the aforementioned Appendix E. Raymarine has not announced and will likely not announce if/when any of these LHII to LH3 gap features may be included within a LightHouse 3 software update. It is recommended that Axiom/Axiom Pro/Axiom XL MFD owners desiring specific features make individual requests for those features within the Product and Feature Suggestions category of this Forum.
OK, crossing fingers on hoping they will release in near future.
Thanks again Chuck! !
You're welcome.
