Raymarine forum

I have a E120 with a 4ft open array scanner.
When I turn it on the icon on the MFD displays that it is rotating but it is not rotating. The MFD screen has the radar screen on but nothing shows.
Any idea what could be wrong?

No it is not moving. No sound from the motor from what I can tell.

This would indicate it is a failed radar. The next step would be to look at replacing it, having a dealer look at it or sending it into service to be evaluated,
