Full Version: Dragonfly 4-pro display issues

When I was last on the water, my unit started having display issues. I recently updated the software and am still experiencing the issue.

Has anyone had this similar issue?

How did you correct it?

Should you have:
- updated the display with v12.09 Dragonfly software, and
- verified that the transom mounted Dragonfly transducer has not kicked up, and
- verified that the vessel be located within the water and should the depth of the water be at least 3' below the transducer, but not more than 600', and
- the sounder produces the plot shown within your photo,
then it is recommended that the Dragonfly display be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench tested/serviced.
