Welcome to the Raymarine Forum OviV,
Please note that the ST4000/ST4000+ and ST5000/ST5000+ combine the functions of an autopilot course computer and autopilot control head within a single device. Accordingly the ST5000+ alone could only be replaced with another ST5000+. Alternatively, a p70S Evolution Autopilot Control Head may be interfaced to the ST5000+ via an A06047 Adapter Cable to then permit the p70S to remotely control the ST5000+.

Thank you Chuck. If my ST5000+ is already networked into my other components which include twin c95 screens, do I still have to connect the p70s directly to the ST5000+ or can I just connect it to the hs5 hub? Ideally I would love to control it with my c95 but apparently the autopilot controls are only available on the touch screens.

OviV,
SeaTalkng and NMEA 2000 devices cannot be interfaced to a HS5 RayNet Network Switch. The p70S will need to be connected directly to the SeaTalk port of the ST5000+ via an A06057 400mm SeaTalk to SeaTalkng Cable.
