Just received a warranty repaired controller. It has started to not recognize button inputs. Left or right turn commands are delayed after inputting. Switching to AUTO irvSTANDBY requires several pushes of the bottom to get the pilot to respond. Any thoughts out there short of sending this unit back again?

The reported symptoms may also be associated with low battery level or low signal strength. Should the SmartController's battery be fully charged and should it be reporting good signal strength, then the reported symptoms would be indicative of a problem with the SmartController, necessitating that it be returned to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced / replaced.
