just put in axiom 9, so far not happy. navionics sd card was blank they are sending new one. second it reads fine while drifting but the unit don't read while running. any suggestions?

I'm a bit confused about whether you are reporting a problem with the MFD's Sonar application or with the MFD's Chart application. If you are reporting a problem with the MFD's Sonar application loosing bottom contact when underway, then please click here to view a FAQ addressing this subject. Should the MFD's Chart application cease displaying detailed cartography when in use, then it would be recommended that your verify that the chart card has been fully seated within the MFD's memory card reader and that the rubber seal has been pressed back in place over the MFD's memory card reader. Should the problem persist, then it would be recommended that the Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
