You're welcome. As indicated within my earlier response, should the problem persist, then it would be recommended that the autopilot course computer be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.

The rotary rudder transducer's installation guide may be found here. It's leads will simply be connected to the matching color coded Rudder transducer terminals of the autopilot course computer.
