There are several tabs below where wires are connected to the ACU. How are these supposed to be used? Are the wires supposed to be wrapped around these to provide wire support?

As you can see from the picture taken from page 37 of the
Evolution EV-1 and ACU Installation Instructions. Commonly available rip ties are used to secure cables to the ACU case tabs.
