Is there any way to get the remote monitoring software onto Apple TV to allow TV's on board to function as navigation displays?

Question is, can the software get loaded onto an Apple TV unit for viewing, similar to a Smart TV app....???

Practicality is to share the video through Lan connections tied to the vessel network backbone and through the Apple TV devices. Anywhere on the vessel one can use an iPad or iPhone to view the Ray display signal. It makes sense to simply transmit that signal through the Apple TV to easily display the images on the TV's. It requires the ability to load the Ray software onto the devices through the Apple App Store.

Thanks for the product feature inquiry/feature request. Your feature request will be logged accordingly for consideration to be included within future a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFD software updates as well as within future MFD designs.

Raymarine MFD software and Mobile apps are neither available nor designed for installation on Apple TV. Raymarine's MFDs are not designed to be loaded with nor support running third party applications.

While most Raymarine MFDs provide only NTSC/PAL video input and/or support for IP cameras, the gS195 Glass Bridge MFDs additionally feature a HD-SDI High Definition Serial Input Port to support using these MFDs to view additional video sources. Should the entertainment source not feature a HD SDI video output port, then commonly available adapters (ex. HDMI to HD SDI, etc.) may be available to support your video input needs. Raymarine's gS-Series MFDs are not designed to share video from a HD SDI / HDMI video input across the system's Ethernet Network.

All c/e/eS/gS-Series MFD and 9-12" a-Series MFDs feature Wi-Fi communications interface to support remotely repeating the screen image of these MFDs and remotely control these MFDs via the Raymarine's Mobile Apps (note: autopilot control features are not supported by Raymarine's Mobile Apps. On larger vessels, Wi-Fi repeaters may be installed onboard to permit communications between these mobile apps and the MFDs. The Wi-Fi communications interfaces of these MFDs also permit these MFDs to be connected to Wi-Fi hotspots having access to the Internet to support checking for, downloading, and installing the latest product software updates for Raymarine devices within the vessel's system.
