Just installed new Quantum 2 radar on 10m power and data cable, connected to a new Axiom 12. Unit works for an hour or so, then I get this message.

Error. Scanner not rotating

I turned the scanner off via the Axiom, then disconnected power and restarted the scanner..lasted about same amount of time.

Read another thread with same issue...

Software/firmware or return it?

I'm sorry to learn about the problem with the radome. Raymarine has released no software which has been identified to address the reported problem. If the radome was purchased within the last 30 days, then it is recommended that the radome be returned to the dealer for replacement. Otherwise, it recommended that the radome be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
It was new enough I returned for another unit. We'll try it again.

I’m getting a new Quantum 2 scanner unit...it likely will need firmware update, but my Axiom 12 is already at 3.9. Can you post a link to that firmware version for download? Or advise where to obtain older firmware versions. I know a repository is in the works, not sure if up and running.
