I have a ST6001 Smartpilot Controller driving a Type 2 Hydraulic 12v Linear Drive It is 13 years old with lots of hours on it. I would like to upgrade to a new system. What is the current system that would be similar?

Evolution autopilots are Raymarine's latest generation of autopilot. A T70161 EV-400 Sail would be required for use with a Type 2 Mechanical Linear Drive. As you have indicated that you have much time on the Type 2 Mechanical Linear Drive, you may want to consider replacing it with a new Type 2 Mechanical Linear Drive or sending it to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be serviced.
